Unknown artist - View from the Observatory

Many thanks to Paul Richens for the scanning the images, and Michael Trinder of the Martin Centre for making them available to me. Painted soon after the construction of the observatory. I am unsure how unknown the artist is, but he is unknown to me at least. This page is also available with with a smaller image.
