1324 Michaelhouse founded

Founded by Hervey de Stanton, Chancellor of the Exchequer to Edward II, for a master and 7 scholars.

It was located in the South-West corner of what is now Trinity Great Court. St Michael's church was bought by Hervey de Stanton and appropriated to the College.

It was later incorporated into Trinity College.
